Prerequisite: Completed Care Community Clinic / FAM Basics

This class is intended for new and existing advocates to learn how to utilize the Promise686 proprietary software, Promise Serves, to manage their FAM, including volunteers, families, care communities, events and calendars. This class will last approximately 2 hours.
